构件创新点
1. 导轨/立杆/脚手板
采用铝合金6061-T6材质铝棒,通过挤压设备一次性挤压成型,导轨之间的防坠横杆和连接孔采用冲压工艺完成,具有重量轻,安全可靠、组装方便、维护成本低等特点。
2. 采用分体式摆块防坠装置(卡阻式防坠器)
该防坠装置利用旋转块带动偏心式摆针与导轨横杆升降的速度差原理,即导轨横杆升降时间慢于防坠摆针复位时间为正常使用状态,反之防坠摆块没有及时复位时将瞬间卡在导轨横杆处,使导轨无法向下运动,起到整个架体的防坠作用,该装置具有安全可靠,原理巧妙等特点。
3. 架体全部结构构件均采用标准化,工具化的设计理念
预制化生产,施工现场可实现装配化组装,零部件互换安拆,到达了管理简单,不再需要钢管扣件,在节约材料租赁费的同时,使设备、材料现场管理变得简单高效。一体化架体提高了施工现场的安防效果,同时降低了火灾隐患。
